What about us? We are the Seacoast’s first and only fully-equipped, certified Pilates and GYROTONIC® movement center. Studio 7 offers private, semi-private, and group instruction at our convenient location of 216 Lafayette Road (Route 1) in Rye, New Hampshire.
Studio 7 instructors are fully certified in Power Pilates®, STOTT Pilates®, GYROTONIC®, GYROKINESIS®, and functional fitness training. With us, you’ll find a group of highly skilled and dedicated professionals. Our commitment is to provide you with a multidimensional program that is tailored to meet your specific needs and goals. Our sessions utilize mat work and all pieces of professional Pilates resistance equipment, including the Pilatesstick® System-the latest innovation in Pilates group exercise.
